280 hours?
I'm looking at a boat with a 2000 280 on it, had the owner have the hours pulled off of the computer and it doesn't add up?Any idea where the other 80.9 hours went?
total hours 187.6
0-999 33.2,
1000-1499 6.03
1500-2999 9.05
3000-3999 33.08
4000-4999 22.1
5000-5999 1.6
6000 0.2
Any idea?
Thanks Stoney

The run history can be eraced with ddt or cds but you can not erase total run time. A lot of times when an engine is rebuilt or new long block the technician will erase the run history. Lets you know how many hrs are on the new product.
