My jet boat conversion

I started poking at my jet boat this fall and found that the transom was rotted, so I pulled the pump and motor out and decided that if I was going to redo the transom I might as well convert it to an outboard since a already had the 250 xs and no boat to put it on. I have put many hrs into it and its starting to pay off. I have moved the steering from the left side to the right side of the boat and filled in the dash where the gauges were. I hope it floats
