300xs questions

I'm helping a buddy of mines service his 2007 300xs and have a couple questions.
What is the torque specs for the spark plugs?
Aside from lower unit oil, plugs, water pump,what else needs to changed? Is there is fuel filter in the motor, where is it located? I have his previous service invoice which has a part number 358m0020349, but I don't recall seeing it?

The fuel filter is the big red thing on top of the VST. Spark plugs are tourqed to 20 pounds.

Are you using a filter... if so what kind? I think I said on another posting a filter would save damage to the system.

Mercury has two filters on the compressor oiling lines change them every 100 hours They are small white filters by the compressor
