I know they charge a lot for fire wood up there if you burn it the way i do.willing to help out anyone that needs it. have 100 gal take for gas in the back of my truck so i can only bring a lil bit, unless i find someone to bring my tank up so i can fill my truck up, last year i burned 1/2 a truck load

and this year i will really keep the fire going

see who can have the biggest fire and maybe the tarpon crew will be there to help

Plenty of sites open on the other side of the road, and I'm sure there will be plenty of room to keep your boat in the water.

roostertailin- we had that site last year- this is what your waterfront is gonna look like. with any luck, the "boathouse" wont be necessary. who is in charge of weather this year?

Don't worry Roostertailn, I'm not worried about being on the water. It was a way to introduce myself to the thread as much as anything. Been doing a little lurking. You kinda had to be there last year to see what happened with me and my site(s). Refer to Matty b's post to get an idea

I need to firm up some things about a fishing trip the weekend before and what I'm going to do as far as days off of work for that. Then I can a take serious look at what's left. I'm thinking of taking Friday off. If it's nice come up Thurs after work.
