If that is a Bluewater Activator (that is what it looks like) I have the instructions right here. They are not very detailed. But, that's what they send with the activator. I just got one too. Hope it helps.

Sure no problem.... as soon as I can figure out how to mount it.
As you can see in the instructions... not much detail.

I just sent you 5 photos of the trim actuator I took before I removed it from the motor. Let me know if that helps. Thanks Gary.

a little more done since the weathers better.

1- found I had over a 1volt drop on the ground(black wire) side for the instruments, radio, docking lights. When the docking lights were turned on the radio would cut out. Same would happen when using the electric hatch up switch. There was only a 16ga from the back to the front... easy fix was I just ran an 12ga to overlay the ground circuit. Problem solved, but have some voltage drop(.5v) on the (+ red wire) when turning on the docking lights or using the hatch motor. I may add an extra red wire for them at a later time.

2- found radio doesn't hold memory when off, so I'm thinking of another radio and open for suggestions. The radio feeds the Bazooka amp.

I'm thinking of this new Clarion http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs...classNum=10334

Run a 10 - 2 pair to the dash to a Common Hot / Common ground terminal strip or Cole Herse / Blue Seas fuse panel you will have no further voltage drop issues .

    Radio Issue

Most radios have a a wire that gets connected right to a hot wire which keeps constant power to the radio to hold the memory. If it is wire to a switch, when you shut the dash switch off, you lose all power to the radio.. There is probably a blue on wire going to the amp from the radio that turns the amp on when the radio gets turned on. The wire that keeps the memory for the radio is probably yellow.

    Good luck,
    Joe

Made my first run today but with the water having so many logs and other crap didn't get a chance to test the props I have and figure where the trim and jack-plate needs to be. I did add a water seperating fuel filter and Holley Red fuel pump which has 5psi. So I didn't need to lower the PSI. Here's a few pictures. Also added a short Youtube walk around video.

Just got back with some good numbers. With the drag 4-28 on GPS 89.x mph at 6200rpm. Going out Sunday with the Mercury ProET-28 which should be a few mph faster due to lower slip percentage. Engine height works best with propshaft just about even with the center pod. Not too bad for second time out...

Chris, can't wait to see the finished results
