This is the shop truck. 1969 Dodge A100.
1965 100hp Merc on a 15' Grizzly Jon Boat.
Tons of fun.!
The Truck is 100% electric and tows the boat just fine.!
Have not towed the VENOM with it yet but Im sure karl will.
It was a blast to convert the truck. Took me 220 hours for the complete conversion.
Been on the road now for almost a year with ZERO issues.

Gary it's not to old for a reflash. I had my Impala SS done after gears, made a big difference. I use pcmforless.com. They will get the speedo working and also help the mileage, several things run differently with a gear swap without the reflash. The owners name is Bryan Herters, knows his GM computers. Kurt

I did the $300. gig where they send me a reflashed ECM so I'm not down while I wait. Also have mine as back up in case there is issues w/what they send me. I'll end up out $185.

45-60 miles depending on highway or city.
goes down the highway just fine at 80mph but cost you in range.
4 hours to charge there is an onboard 5k watt charger and i use 75-85% of the battery pack.

LMAO!!!! Ole shrimp boat puller... its just got the normal, Hot dame tune (+300hp), intake, full 5" straight exhaust...Its fun with the 4.88 gears...LOL

Im running an h and s hot dam tune as well along with s and b intake and flo pro 5 inch straight pipe. Love this truck with the dpf delete. I still have to delete my egr coolers, just havent had the time

Zero improvement for $185. 60 GPS shows 72 on the meter. They said they did their side and it must be a faulty "speed sensor" somewhere and to take it to the shop for them to find it. Said if they can't, to send the brain back and they'll change codes to try and fix it.
All this to fix a freagin speedometer.

Just put smaller tires on it, a couple donuts should get you down around 60

My truck has the same problem since I put bigger tires on it. I havent had my coffee yet, getting it now

I have had the correct speedo gear brand new sitting in the glove box to fix the problem. Its only been there for 3 years

Lol. My Dodge always read high with the stock tires. Threw a set of 33's on it and now it's just right.
