Do you mean the 21 foot Skater 'splash' (supposedly built in the original molds) called Canestreri Sportcat that was sold by a guy in Miami a few years ago?
There is a long thread about it that I am sure someone can dig up...Markus' Performance Boating Links:

I had a friend who had one, there was alot of flex in the bottom. So much that it scared him. Beware of a boat that is completely derigged like that before they put it up for sale.

There was a big scandal thread about those boats here a few years ago.
I don't have the energy to dig out a link to that thread, but trust me, it is there.Markus' Performance Boating Links:

The thread is locked or gone...
I talked to the guy yesterday and he said it was a theft recovery. I thought about trading him my paramount but after reading about the boat I think ill keep my paramount.Last edited by baja200merk; 11-08-2010 at 11:08 AM.

Funny thing about the theft recovery on that boat, I think in one of the ads he says he has all the parts to put it back together.

I think it was on ebay a few months ago wit a 225pmax on it.
There are other pics of one of these skater splash's (no offense steve urs is sweet) on OSO and it shows scary build quality. Dont know if its the same guy that built this boat but he sent me some pics of it that have me questioning the quality.....
