Ted, I apologize, we should have tried the 15" pitch off of Rowdy on your boat. Neither Bill or I thought of that.

Nah...if you had any idea what it took to get those two wings into the water at Clayton, including complete demolition of one in Hurricane Sandy...and all the custom stacker and aeleron work on the other you might amend that....on the other hand ...you're somewhat prejudiced from birth..
All in all it was a great weekend, with great friends and lotsa smiles....TDO rules!!!!!20 Foot Switzer Wing 2 X S3000 (Dust'n the Wind II)
!6 foot Wood Eltro Vee (2X Merc 1500's) (Dust'n the Wind IV)
15 foot Powercat 15C (2 X Merc 1500) (Dust'n the Wind III)
(Single engine boats are lacking something)
15’ Wooden Switzer Shooting Star...
16 foot Lee Craft Merc S 3000-(Gold Dust II)
(The exception proves the rule)

around my area, there's ramps and lakes all over the place.
I "assume" the brakes went on a Dodge of some sort, since that's all I've ever seen you drive. The Rams are great trucks, good deals on new and used, I came with in a cats whisker of buying a '14 Ram, GMC beat their price. ====

I suppose that's good for a '82. My '14 GMC gets between 20.2 and 22.8 driving the speed limit around here, got 23.4 to 23.8 running around the Keys Max speed is a rare 55mph. On the turnpike it's between 18 - 19.
Comparing the mid size V-8's. 5.3 = 5.7
The new Ram is right up there with the GM's = high teen's to low 20's. bigger motor, more power, 8 speed tranny.
Tundra high teens, Ford about the same.
The new diesels are in the hi 20's mpg, add 3.5k to 5+k for the diesel, go blower or turbo add $$$$ some of these new trucks can hit around 70k, perhaps more. Way out of my range.
