Bolting it to the old leg? Still with 210psi ? I have 5 3 3/8 big bore new with rings oem pistons if you need . Never ran just opened her up and went to work on her with more ci and straight bores and 3151p3 wiseco. Or maybe the 140 bigbore can still use standard size on the two bad holes?

Piston on the right in each is the oem 3.375, on the left are 3151p3. Top ring is about .007 or less higher than the Wiseco. The deflector on the Wiseco is cut back at cyl wall about 1/2 in each side on about a 45*this helps. Wiseco are much lighter and coated side and crown. Sorry for the poor pics, will try for better later on.

Top ring is wedge and thicker than botton ring which is flat with inner edge wedge.Guess you could call top semi keystone.

Weight of piston , pin , rings: OEM 668 grams ,Wiseco 619 grams. Thats 245 g lighter for the F5. Well worth the price of admission.

Now try a two carb case on it, and we will all know the truth. Still can't see four not out running two especially if you run it on the big bore. Those wb carbs are not going to move the same as the TC. I think the best would still be two dual throats with a minimum 70 + mm combined throttle in place of each single TCs. Better the four front case than the welded up three cyl , but who know untill its tried. Got to say man, lots going on with you these days trying out all what's around. Let me know if you want any std 3.375.
