Hi guys. I tried to put an ad up in outboards for sale. The site refused my ad and says I have to upgrade my membership. I searched around and couldn't find any way to do that. Does anyone know how?

It the forth thread down in the General Boatind Discussion board. You have to be at least a Team Member to sell anything. I dont know if they are still doing the 50 post thing anymore. Just pay the 25 bucks and enjoy the site.

The classifieds section a service for all forum members for personal use. Non-sponsor, commercial listings are not permitted here, or on any other section of these forums. Only supporting vendors can sell on a for-profit level or arrange group purchases. Supporting vendors are identified by the Team Sponsor avatar.

Third party ads, such as "selling for a friend", etc., are also not permitted. This policy serves the best interests of both the buyer and the seller, as we feel the buyers should have direct contact with the sellers.

We value the support of our paying advertisers, and we must protect their investment in Scream And Fly. We ask that forum members respect their investment as well. All non-advertiser commercial listings will be locked and/or removed.

You can register or choose not to, but either way it's free. I tested their services and their hosting solution makes it very easy to add images to forums.
