    Livorsi GPS Speedo Hookup Question

Hooked up all my Livorsi gauges last summer except for my GPS speedo. Working on that today. Plugging the Antenna Receiver wires seems to be straight forward as well as the Tattle Tale GPS Recall wires. Then there are three wires left over. A White, Red, & Black. The Black & Red are easy enough but I'm assuming that the White is for a 12 Volt Key On Power???? I have an ETEC 200 on this boat and the wires going into the other gauges are Black, Green, Purple, & Blue. Where should I tap into with this White wire?? Or any other tips would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.....Robb

Do you have the installation instructions? If not they are probably on Livorsi's web site.

Thanks guys for the information. I still am in need of some info however. I wired the antenna as described. I then wired the red direct to a power source. I then grounded the system and the gauge works. However, I would like figure out where to tap into the system so that when I hit the key, the GPS speedo system powers up. One of the Green, Purple, or Blue wires must be a 12 Volt Powered by the ignition switch. Any idea which one it is?
The white wire is for the gauge lighting.

    Thanks in advance again........Robb

Got it up and working. Blue wire is for the gauge lights. Purple wire is 12 Volt key-on power. Speedo works like a champ!

What went wrong with it? Mine sometimes resets itself on highspeed passes. I figured it was just nature of the beast.

One day it turned on and read between 11 & 14 mph ( even when I wasn't moving ).

The next one reads ( broken numbers, you can't tell what is says ). Have not changed it ( just happened).
