Chopper props
Can someone please explain the difference b/t a stock Chopper prop & an offshore cut Chopper prop. Applications & performance. Thank you.

If you go to the buy and sell forum, you can see the difference. As far as the performance, I just tested a stock 28p big ear against the same w/ an off-shore cut, the os cut had better holeshot, better midrange and better top end. There was no compromise at all, os cut wins hands down!
Also, the stock chopper required alot more positive trim.

I run tripples on a 30 velocity,would os props help in that setup over stock ones??? tripps

choppers are good all round props my Offshore cut would be like a chopper on steroids , i have sold a truck load of them with close to 100%owner satisfaction. peace steve
