20' Sutphen
Anybody got one of these?
Hoping to get some feedback.
I just picked one up without power and hoping someone that owns one can guide me into what I should do with it.
It is definitely a cool boat that was originally and I/O, but converted to an outboard with a bracket.
As much as I would love to use the Bravo Drive that I have to covert it back, I just don't have the money for an engine.
How do these run with a single 200 + hp outboard?

Did you buy that one that was for sale north of Boston? If so, post some photos. I'm interested to see what they did with the transom, etc.

My brother in law has one with a 330hp 454 with a bravo drive. I runs lin the low 70's. Motor is a little heavy for that hull. l think ithe 20' would run great with two OB's bolted to the back.

there was a 20 here in CT with twin 200 mercs on it. The boat is famous in these parts.
