Ebay seller claims 115+mph what do you think??
Anyone ever heard of a 115 mph Carlson boat? Now's your chance to own one! It doesn't even have an engine and their bragging about the speed. Seems to me they still have a lot of dialing in to do.

It would take some serious HP to get that 1050 lb boat to see that kind of speed. Alot more than 275 HP. Maybe twin 275's!

Basically due to boredom, I sent the guy an e mail that said basically, if you could put the 700 horsepower back there with a single outboard it would take to push that hull to those speeds, the bottom design would never handle it. Here's the one line response I just got back:
