    New, to me euro.

I JUST PICKED UP A KEVLAR 1993 STV EURO. IT'S ROUGH, BUT I PLAN ON WETSANDING AND BUFFING. IT CAME WITH A 260 OFFSHORE MID, STOCK LOWERUNIT WITH A BOB'S ON IT, AND A 260 COWL, NO POWERHEAD. I PLAN ON GETTING A 200 2.5 FOR THE TIME BEING. I WAS WONDERING WHAT I MIGHT EXPECT MPH WISE? I WILL BE POSTING AS it PROGRESSES

Looking good , you will be very happy with that boat . Be sure to seal the bulkheads where drain holes are drilled , they are sealed like crap originally . Use some epoxy thinned with a few applications to help it wick into the wood . Happy boating !

I was wondering how much lighter the Kevlar boats were compared to the regular layup? Also have been hearing about a low speed spray? And last, I know this is by no means a offshore boat, but how do you guys think it will run in a light Biscayne bay chop? Thanks for all the info so far.

    Talking

Great find ! I got 93 out of mine with a mostly stock 200.
As far as ride, they have about a 1 ft limit, any more than that in my expierience has the potential for devastating results.. Yes they have a sneeze at lower speeds, just don't go slow !!

    stv

That looks like Rusty Campbell's old boat that Roark built for him. I have pics of it when I went to pick up my new 93 eruo it was in Roark shop and when I went to Augusta races I used to keep my boat at Rusty's house along side of it.
