Issue getting water PSI in one engine in quad setup

I have a issue getting water PSI in one engine in a quad setup after installing jackplates. One of the center engines has great PSI while the other will not hold PSI at high speeds.

I installed the Merc scoop/plates which helped a little. The back part of the scoops are not flush with the case facing the props. Could that be an issue? Should I seal this with an adhesive?

    Nice boat

This may seem like a stupid question, but.......

How 'flat' is the pad at the rear of your boat?

From your picture it appears as tho all motors are mounted/adjusted to the 'same' height, ANY Vee at the rear of the hull and the center engines could be riding higher in the water than the outers, add that to any 'unbalance' in weight inside the craft, left to right, and it is conceivable the boat could have just a couple of degrees of 'list' to one side with the lower side cooling fine and the 'high' side right at the water line leaving the back of the hull.

IF...... there is any Vee at the rear of the pad then try adjusting the inside motors heights to reflect the same Vee and retest.

The motors in the center are 30s and the outer are 20s
