may want to consider taking the motor off. i had some hook in the bottom and i took the motor off got the mass of weight off the trailer and it all came out. jmo.

And document and take a picture of your progress. When you go to sell it, your blood, sweat, and tears in the rebuild are only as good as the documentation that shows you did it.

Many of us (myself included) have bought boats that looked solid, felt solid, sounded solid, only to do some actual sampling and find some good wood, right along side some rotten black paste that used to be wood.

very clean core removal. Looks great, its to bad you had to chop off the top of that center glass beam. Someone removed the WHOLE thing on my vector, and then replaced it with an I beam. yes, a STEEL I BEAM. rusty mess, and what a way to keep a boat light eh?
