    Yes, up until about that time (2004) condos were going in everywhere, until the big bubble popped. No doubt that the site was sought after by developers hoping to cash in on some big condo development. Maybe this collapse of the market has spared pristine Lake X....for a while.

    I read it and got the old wet eye. Pruett took me there just the once, and i fulfilled a dream, this was my never land. I just wonder if the higherarchy at Mercury ever knew quite what they had --back in the day.
