Somebody earlier mentioned The Moody Bluess?
Who remembers Jeff Waynes War of the Worlds?
Excellant music, and narration by Richard Burton......
The song had a better meaning if you were following the story as it unfolded.....

A little different meal here, these are from the mid-late 80's... How young is too young for this thread..? This 1st Ya'll will recongnize the baseline from the show "Dirty Jobs", but it's an early Faith No More song with their original lead singer... Very original band that had lots of different sounds throughout their career... I love a strong and upfront basline..

This is still a kickazz song that can bring it, and it's anti-politician so that's always good...

This is as timeless as they come, it just has something about it that will never die... Doesn't hardly ever get any radio play at all, but it will bring back memories for alot of You... This is back when a rock song and video would tell a story...

In Living Color reminds me of another Black band that rocked in my High School days.
Dont know how big they were in the rest of the country......but around here in the late 70's Mothers Finest rocked my world.
"Baby Jean" had such a killer voice.
When I first saw the In Living Color vid above....it reminded me of one of Mother's Finest songs........"I Don't Know, but I been told, Nigguz Cant Sing Rock and Roll"
But these guys could.

Last night we had our class reunion..........I got more lipstick and perfume on me than should be allowed in the free world.......live is good today.
