Seebold Eagle 265 with twin outboards?

I went to look at a 1990 seebold eagle with twin 200 outboards on it, I heard it was factory option, but there was like only 6 made? Anyone have any info on these boats?

I rode in one a number of years ago with a single Stern Drive. The boat ran well for the HP and also rode very well. It would be a great boat for lake of the Ozarks. I know they they made a couple of outboards. I think Mike Seebold had one with a couple of Bridgeports.

For the best information on the boat I would contact Tim Seebold 573 348-6200 is an old number that may still be good. Tim is in Osage Beach MO. He can tell you everything you want to know about the boats.

there is a twin seebold at randys boat and cars .com in nc. twin 200hp mercs but its been sittin outside in the weather for awhile!!! like a bunch of his boats

The boat at Randys look like it is 25 foot not the 265. 25' had a panel on the deck for the hatch to bolt to.

Its been awile since I seen it last, you are probaly right! I was told the mercs were modded out and he wanted 12.500 for it

The 25' was a nice boat, but the 265 was a much better boat.

Too bad to see this boat left out to rot away.

I came within a nats eyelash of buying a yellow one in Fla a yr ago and seller said the Seebolds told them they built I think 5.

He had twin 250 XSs on his and it ran 90!

That was Nick's boat. It did have twin 250xs's and ran 89 and change. Not sure if the needle ever hit 90! It was a handful to drive at 80+. Was fun in flat lake water but the ultra wide pad would beat you up in choppy water!
