Bill Mason has accident at Marble Falls
Heard "Bass Boat Bill" ( Bill Mason ) had an accident today at Marble Falls Texas Race. Heard maybe a broke or injured collar bone and he was complaining about some hurting ribs... Glad he wasn't hurt bad... Maybe an update soon ....

I’m hoping for the best for Bill too...

I have not spoke with Bill yet as to what happened, but he is one tuff SOB...
Back when he lived in Oregon (before retirement and moving to Texas) he had both of his knees replaced at the same time.
<O</O
I think it was the year 2004 and he wasn’t supposed to be up and around much after the surgery let alone driving 6-8 hours to a boat rally, walking up and down the boat ramp and driving his boat… but he did it!
<O</O
Best wishes to you Bill… The boys and I are pulling for you.

Mike seems to think the trim went into trailer mode at the finish line and hooked.

Mike said the boat tumbled a few times, no word yet on damage.
Bill gets to spend the night at the hospital in Austin (maybe even learn some spanish while he's there )
