    87 Mercury 200 overheating

    I have an 87 mercury - 200hp that overheats when the water temp starts to rise in the summer. Can run WOT in cool/cold water no problem. Can only run around 4500 rpms in the summer without it overheating. Just had thermostats replaced - water pressure is running 7 psi now. New waterpump, souped up cooling system by Malcolm at PerformancePlus Marine. Heads have been planed - new head gaskets. Only run high octane - 93 in it. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
