Custom tank ***Pics inside***
Due to having knee-boards added to my Stream, my original fuel cell doesn't fit anymore. Also, there just wasn't enough fuel for an outing, so I decided to increase the volume and put it under the rear seat.
The size is 41" X 20" X 7". I had 19 gallons and I'll be up at 23 gallons.
One of my tacks made with my TIG.

Here is the tank with the baffles put in. I machined slots in the lower baffles with my mill.

Underside of tank with sides all welded up. Ran out of Argon I am not a welder by trade. I can still hold my own!!!

looks really good man! love the stack of dimes i picked up the mig a couple days ago and it had been about a year since i had welded and well wasnt much of a stack of dimes
