My brother
Hello everyone I have a brother who is very ill. When he was 46 he was diagnosed with non Hodgkin’s lymphoma. He had some good years after treatments but now he is 52 and has been in the hospital for the past year. He had a bone marrow transplant that cured the cancer but the transplant can and has caused GVHD (graft verses host disease) in most cases this is treatable and is a good sign that the transplant took. He however has not been so fortunate. He has had repeated bouts of GVHD that nearly kill him every time. This time he has it back and it is in his lungs making it very difficult for him to breath. He 6'1" and is down to 120 pounds. Doesn’t look real promising for him as he is so weak. He could use some prayers to help him out. He has such a zest for life and has so many unfinished dreams he wants to fulfill. His name is Paul Lanzillo and he is my brother and one very good person.
Thanks for listening I needed to get that out

Sorry to hear.
That really sucks when I was still working for others my old boss went thru the same thing with his brother he was also the marrow donor. It was a very tough thing to see him go thru. I'm a miseable prick and me and God don't have a very good relationship but the GF is a devout Catholic and will send word to him.

That sux. Prayers to you and your family.
Is your brothers salvation secure? Not the easiest thing to think about, but if not, do him a favor, and make sure he accepts Jesus.

Thanks again for all the prayers I do believe prayers work.
Lockjaw yes has accepted Jesus into his life long ago.<O
As for a recovery at this point I think it would take a miracle. His body is so worn out from fighting that I don’t believe nor do the doctors that he can withstand much more on the other hand at Christmas time they gave him 4 to 7 days to live because his liver was failing and he pulled through liver completely healed. The real kick in the pants for him is the cancer is gone and the cure is killing him. Thanks again all of you for you thoughts and prayers they do mean so much.<O

I lost my younger brother to Non-Hodgkins lymphoma in 1994. I know it's tough, but hang in there. The science has come a long way in 15 years. I'll be praying for you & your family.
