82 Hydrostream?
I looked at an 82 Hydrostream today. Just a real quick look as it was pouring rain, but the guy is selling it real cheap with a good trailer a 19?? Merc 90 that I would probably just pull off and sell. The interior is pretty well shot but supposedly it's been garaged for many years and the floors and transom are good. I know I need to verify that, but was curious what the experts here could tell me about this boat. It did look pretty solid from a quick look. It's an 18ft bowrider, not sure what the model is. I've had a couple bowriders, a 21' Check and 19' Baja. Several things I like about the bowriders so ... I'm very curious .
Any extra advice on things to check, think about etc greatly appreciated.

So .... the boat is still sitting there. I took a better look at it today. I did find a soft spot in the floor just in front of the driver seat, so yeah, I guess it would need a core, but the transom seemed very solid. I know nothing about doing something like that. Would the cap have to come off to do that? Almost seems like it would have to, specially being a bowrider. He dropped his price another $200. At this point I could probably sell the motor off the back for the cost of the whole thing. The only reason I'm not there right now hitching it up to the truck is he has no paper work for the boat or trailer .
