Sport Jet 90 hp rebuild

I have everything loose, the exaust is off and I am going to pull the motor tonight. Is there any thing I need to be cautious of? Also dose anyone know of a good machine shop that works on boat engines?

Blake, there's a machinist close to my lakehouse that's done outboard ONLY machine work since the 1970's. He did some contract work for Merc back in the days of the Pacemaker program (factory rebuilt powerheads). He's in his 80's now and does ALL of the work himself, so the quality control is VERY consistent. Since you know where to find me now, give me a shout and bring it down and I'll take you over and introduce you.
