Blue State Red State Tax Wars!
Rush did a great bit on this yesterday, if anyone can link it please do, and I've pointed it out often in the last yr or two. He really went into detail on how the liberal blue states are trying to stem the flow of companies and population to the lower tax Red states. Seems it's now pannic time in States like Cali., NY, NJ, Conn, Mich., and other Blue states. Seems the outlook is really grim as folks in these states, The Blue States, are no longing buying into the prommises of their states poloticians and they know that the folks that voted these liberals in will not voted them out.
I thought I knew all or most of the facts with this subject but it seems the problems in the high taxed states is much worse then even I thought. I just wonder how the dems are going to bail out these states? I'm sure they will try to devert as much of the federal budject as possible to make their voter base happy, and we know where that $ will come from!
Anyway folks need to pay attention to what's going on as someones going get screwed with having to pay for some other states curruption!INXS

Oh, to be more to the point the Blue states are now trying to keep their "Golden Nesters" and also to bring back and or keep jobs! Problem is that it's far too late to do so and knowone trusts the politicians and the voters from these states, I know I'm repeating this part!

The solution, of course, is to completely overpower all state government, so we can more efficiently "spread the wealth around a little."
Californians being asked to vote themselves taxes into oblivion tomorrow. going to be interesting.

Rush pointed out how these tax hikes always lead to more flight from the states that pass them.

Why should California/Illinois cut their spending when Obama can just send them the taxes collected in Texas?

there was a war fought 160 years ago over states rights, and you see how that turned out. States rights lost out to central government.

Connecticut is an excellent example. I've mentioned this before, but in Bridgeport, Ct, there was a time when any product you could name was manufactured in Bridgeport. From automobiles, to aircraft, to ammunition, to light bulbs. It was a who's who of industrial America. GE, Remington, Singer, Sikorsky, Avco, Bridgeport Machines, Bullard Tool, the list was nearly endless.

Pete You're Confused
Those corporations left because of greed. Governments can't be greedy because they care. Those corporations make business decisions just so they can stay in business...almost as if the big dummies never heard of the safety net known as the bailout. Plus the bailout stimulate the economy and make more jobs.

Any wonder why red states are establishing or at least re-defining their sovereignty with gun laws, hunting/fishing laws, tax laws, etc?
