It was good water for first time driving. Can't remember the last time it was that calm. Maybe thats why it was hard to get to go smooth, and the rookie didn't know the difference? Boat looks good Mike for being such a rat.

You Bethcha!
When your in the photo gallery don't forget to play with the controls in the options menu on the left where you can turn the Hover View & Flash View on and off for different viewing options. With them off depending on the speed of your interent connection you will be able to page through all the full size images a little faster by clicking next under the image when enlarged. See the attached picture for an example of where to change the settings.

He looked great! This year has been the worst for test time that I can remember. Nobody has been able to get as much test time in as they normally would. There's a lot of racing left and I'm sure there'll be some close racing. The boat count for the outboards should be good this year between the boats that ran and the boats that we know are going to show up - Rich Latter, Nick Kaye, Jeff Cleinmark, Chris Alby, Bruce Mason. Should be a much better year in Pro Modified if all of them show up.
It was GREAT to see Joe walking around almost normally. Not the same to see him without a boat, but it was just great to see him regardless.
John Haley did announce that weigh-in is in two weeks (Thursday, 6/11 from 2-5pm).Sam Baker
On to the next project....

For your information my motor is a STOCK MERC 2.5 280 RIGHT OUT OF MERC RACING no extra porting or anything that is not odba legal I'm sure If I were to win they would tear my motor down like they did Bob A but were not even allowed to touch the E-TECH and we ask for tech he told SAM off and accused him of being a merc lover that cracks me up because he owns an evinrude don't get me wrong I think it's great that green motors are racing but e-tech of the show room floor don't scream like that when you win you get tech and everyone thinks you cheating set- up has alot to do with it also It's just good fun on a thursday nightmark I hope you will be at Kosh

Whattaya mean an E-Tec won't scream off the showroom floor? I'm guesin your getting proved wrong on that statement (almost) every week. If I had a motor from a factory racing division I'd be pissed too that it wasn't as fast as a fishing motor.
As far as tech goes I'd be pissed too. I'm hearing that there hasn't been one Merc that has had to pop a cowl yet. I'm thinkin that a Merc has won this year, but who looked at that one? What does ODBA legal got to do with Blarney rules? Does that mean it's had "some" work done to it, like heads & porting or something? I know for a fact that that motor is ECDBA legal in EVERY class except for Pro Carb (obviously), but that has nothing to do with Blarney either. And you're right, we are all out there to have some fun
