Inboard timing Question - 4 banger Merc

I have a little pontoon project I'll be starting on soon,,, It has a 4 cylinder mercruiser in it , a 140 ci. It has points and condenser setup.

What is the correct timing for this beast? and point gap ?

and where can I find Points,Condenser, Rotor cap, coil and wires ?

NAPA carries some marine stuff. May want to check boaters world since prices are reduce.

I was trying to stay away from buying a manual on the motor. I will be completley rewiring the thing. I'll see if I can pull up some info online.
