I just sold my perfect prop. The woman I thought was perfect turned out not be and left me after 15 years, 9 months ago.
So I'm really in trouble, unless you throw in that the damn boat dont run either. LOL

carbed should be about 220, efi about 240

Getting the heads cut to raise compression some is probably the best and easiest thing to do. If you do some searching in the Technical section here, that question has been asked many times and there are many suggestions on how to tweak that motor. Good luck!

One thing about the prop versus the woman,,,, at least when the prop gets 'bent out of shape',,,, it may not take too much to get the thing fixed,,, on the other hand, when my X got bent out of shape about something, no matter how well I thought I had things patched up,,,,, that paticular issue that got her bent would come out from time to time, over and over again...
