Yes, but it is part of the Miami Historical Society, and it's private..Special invites only, but clubs can make arrangements to see it..There is NO AC inside, and it's HOT during the summer..

Gas cap came off one of my tanks and I lost a bunch of fuel into the bilge. Ran out in Dumdfoundling Bay. Disolved most of my knee cushion too. Was having a pretty good south run up until then except for the sore knees.

Johnny,
I ran a Holt Craft BU with a 20H in Class 8 Racing Outboards. It was almost 9 ft long. Split the 1/8 bottom that was in the bow on the way north. Everytime I hit a wake I got a face full of water. I think I finished 8th on the north run, came back on the trailer..There is one just like it in the Harrison Museum.

Gold coast marathon
After 1966, the Pelican Harbor Yacht Club tried to keep the name alive, and they did have some success. Anytime you can start a race with over 50 outboards and inboards running together, there has to be 'lottaaction' Johnny Reed sent me some of his old pictures, including a little 'action' with our old buddy ' Billy Don' (174). Johnny was lucky to survive---

lottaaction Johnny Reed
I tried to get Johnny's pictures on one post---these two pictures are separated by 40 years:
The remains of Johnny's Carlson, Miami Marine Stadium 1971; Johnny's Allison at Cadilac's, 2011.

Wow! I'm 52, have followed O/B racing all my life and don't remember any of this.
AMAZING stuff! So sad to realize that no way in hell will that ever happen againI'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.
I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.
