For us RC model guys! Sad news!
http://www.modelairplanenews.com/ME2...FB020CB3A6B0DD
I had the privilege of meeting this guy. Super nice guy.
He was totally involved in the RC hobby.
He had a great TV show.
I am not in the RC hobby heavy as I was as a kid, just fly a few planes I have every so often. My son is heavy in the hobby.
They say he died in his sleep. Age 59

I seen that a couple weeks ago, he was a cool dude. I was actually on his show that aired on DIY, well, my car was anyways. He talked to all of us in the A-main and took some quotes for car-action, along with pics and vids. All around good guy for the hobby, and even tho I didn't know him personally, it hurts to hear that he isn't around anymore.

wow...that is sad, i grew up reading car action and boat modeler when i was supposed to be doing homework. His articles stood out and i thought it was cool to see him again on DIY.
