Its suposed to rain this weekend and i want to paint... will the humidity screw up the paint? (its in a carport thats shrink wrapped closed.. with a big kero heater to keep it warm)

I don't know about the humidity, but the Kerosene fumes can screw up clear coat. Not sure about single stage.

humidity clouds up the paint, makes it run easier, and generally causes the painting process to be a pain in the ass.

if im brushing it on.. and not thinning it out at all... it should be OK right?
if the paint doesnt come out super high gloss thats fine.. its the floor lol

I had a friend of mine who had a spray booth at his body shop, when he turned it on it would suck the heat right out of it, so he would put one of those torpedo heaters in there while he was painting- NUTS I know, but he has been doing it for years.
The main component of wax and grease removers is kerosene.
