The Chinese are clever packing chemical waste in drywall board and selling it to Americans. Hell ever since Bent Bill Gave them MFN status they have been dumping Poison here.

I am not going to argue that chinese safety standards suck, or that it ranges between negligent to intentional, or that there is probably some bad drywall out there, but.....

When I first saw this story on the news I could not help but think there is more to the story. Like a new homeowner built a home at the height of the real estate boom, it has lost half of its value, the interest rates went up on their mortgage on the home they were gonna flip or could just barely afford before the value dropped and the rates went up and here is a homeowner looking for a way out other than foreclosure.

Along comes johnny scum-sucking lawyer with something he heard another guy get out of a home purchase with (the chinese drywall), he tell another scum sucker, and he tells another, and pretty soon there are real estate lawyers specializing on suing builders, suppliers...etc and getting paid to get their clients out from under a bad decision by blaming the killer drywall.

not saying all the cases are this, but IMHO there are more than one with little or nothing wrong with the house blaming this to get out and make someone else pay for their mistake.
