Funny you ask , I starting making a new instrument bezel today , I made a few in the past . They are made from 1/8 alum , I lay out my gauges and I use alum 3/8 all thread that is welded to panel for clean look . Here is a pic of my last panel that I powdercoated in house to match interior . The 100 kb max is a joke , that is why I have no pic

The 300XS is a great motor. With stock 32" Bravos, the 30 Liberator runs 59-60 mph at 4000 rpm, and 97 top speed. With the stock bravos, 126 gallons of fuel, and two people, it still ran 95. It also weighs almost 5000 lbs fully rigged with full cabin. I think your Skater should run 100. I have'nt tried my 15x32 3 blade cleavers yet, but I'd think that would be the top end getter. The Bravos are the best all around prop though. According to the SystemView screen, the twins 300xs motors use 46 gallons per hour at WOT. That's over 2 mpg at full throttle. A single 300x on a 21 Liberator also gets about 2 mpg
