    All done but getting started.

Well here I go with another winter project. 1996 STV Mod VP just pulled it into the shop today. I am not sure where to start but here all the plans basically acomplete re rig.
    • Cut transom to 15"
    • Repaint the black and the top yellow (cockpit and fairing area)
    • Remove Hyd steering and replace with Nydal
    • Complete re wire
    • New gauges
    • Remove Hyd jackplate
    • Install 15" Motor
    • Mount PCU & Digitron
    • And about a million other things I havn't thought of or planned for
    I can't wait

Fastest and best handling boat on the planet. Should be a fun project.

I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.

I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.

    Someone else

Gary may need to come down and have you teach me to drive the thing.

Yea John, Instigator will be holding my hand on the Transom work (at least coaching by phone) I sold everything I own as OMC stuff goes, you may want to look at what Instigator did on his OMC (put Merc lower units on the OMC and his breaking problem went away) John your baot looks great, I need to get up your way and take a look before next season.

Brad just let me know what is a good weekend for you, I need to get the stuff out of the green boat prior to you coming so you can take it home for Joey. There are always Crown and Cokes at my place.

    Rob

Sounds like you have a LOT of work to do, if it turns out like the last 2 I saw that you did it will be very sweet. Good luck you are going to love it.

The boat came from Southeast Georgia.

Rick, I hope to make a couple of the SLDBA races, may need some quality coaching
