back in the late 80's or early 90's that boat was around here. I believe the guy who owned it lived in Nassau Bay, off Clear Lake. looks like it hasn't changed much. i'll make a few calls and see what i can come up with

hmmm...my mechanic raced a 32 Maelstrom as a back-up when he ripped the deck off his shadow cat. That white one with the V-8's looks exactly like it. The only difference is he was running evinrudes...This was in the Key West worlds around 1988. Boat was called "Boardwalk"

Bill Westberry owned the boat when it was in Houston then he sold it to a guy in north Texas named A.C. Parsons. I got this info from a buddy of mine who use to work on it.

It is not for sale. I just bought it and have not picked it up yet. I got it with just 2 of the motors and the one does not run (no spark I am told) If I can get them both running I will run it the way it is this summer (I already have to many projects for this winter) and then do some sort of repower next winter along with paint and more. I know where there is a Chris Cat with triple V* 300's that are all in good running condition and I may be taking that boat in trade. Do you need or have a market for the OMC V8's? I was just trying to find out if anyone knew how the boat ran with twins or the original triples on it.
