Bullet XD20 Setup
I have a friend with a XD20 Bullet, E-tec 225 HO, LWP, and 10 inches of offset. Any suggestions on motor height, setback, etc. would be appreciated. The boat runs horrible, porpoises, and won't come up completely on the pad. I'm looking for a good starting point for him. Thanks Bill

When i had my 20XD 300X Sportmaster I ran 12" set back at 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 above the pad depending on load.
The Props I ran were performanc propeller Preformer 3 26 big ear for fishing ( lot of cup) and 28-30 3 blade bullet cut performers for speed..Wish I had played with the Bravo's more back then, I think it may be more suited for the Etech.
I'm not real good with E tech's and their lower units.. How much water pressure do ya have now.. Do ya know where center of prop is compared to pad?
You may not be able to run as high with the 10" set back as I did..07 STROKER 300X
