32.5x14 cleaver prop blades break off 24' twin Skater. What brands don't break?
Anyone have informaton?

All thin props break, no matter whether they are Mercury Lab, Mazco, Spinelli, etc. That's the price you pay.
If you want a stout cleaver, your best option may be a non-labbed Merc.Markus' Performance Boating Links:

For offshore usage and high blade loading, Mercury makes the 32 4 blade with blade breaks, also know as a humpback cleaver. They were originally designed for leaving and reentering the water at speed in offshore applications. I believe they also track better in rough conditions
There are many here for sale
PS: They might be a tad slower than the 3 blades, but it is great insurance. They also lift the rear of the boat significantly more than the 3 bladesEldest Moron Brother

four blades break less!!!!!!! three blades are usually faster... i have cracked a few choppers in my day... never cracked a yammi style!! knock on wood!!!!!!
