How to increase fuel rail pressure on 3.0 Liter Merc

Right now I have 39 lbs at the rail. That's fine for a stock 225 efi. Need more fuel to reduce injector duty cycle. Want to bump it to 45, 50 , 55. How can the regulator on top of the VST be adjusted?
