Thread gone, am I not welcome here?

Yesterday, I posted a thread about a new design 6 blade CNC prop.


It seemed some were concerned if I was a vendor, I am not.


It seemed some were concerned as to my agenda, I have none.

Today the entire thread is gone. Can anyone tell me why?

I am a long time offshore professional racer, personally owning many hi-perf boats, and was interested in sharing my experiences.

Am I welcome here?

Thread deletion can be a bit heavy handed here, that is for sure, but are you sure the thread was not just moved to a different forum?

just so you guys know, over at OSO, they have been having major technical problems and you cannot post pictures.... there is a migration over here to scream and fly..... embrace it.. MODERATORS LIGHTEN UP these guys are GREAT for the board.
OSO had an ownership change, they have A LOT of paying members... they will pay here if you provide a service that they are not getting over there.... and there board is many times the size of this one!.

looks like you made afew references to "if you need anything call my office" type of things. without beeing a supporting vendor you really cannot put that in your posts. you can sell things but just how your wording some of your posts is whats maybe the issue. i am sure raceman or greg will be on soon to explain.

i can also assure you that your welcome to be here, i know nothing except how much of a pain in the ass it is to be working on a restoration and eveyone on this site has been very helpful. sometimes you get some that like to get into it but you have that everywhere. ignore it.

I hope you get an answer to why it was moved or deleted and i hope you stay and share your knowledge with S&F.

Seems to me when he posted (Call me at my office) he was talking to a spicific indavisaul . What's the problem with that ? Here's a man that's fed up with the attitudes on another site , he comes here and get treated like a redhead step child . I'm sure Greg will get with you shortly and get this straightened out .
