adapters on cowl to attatch rigging tubes?? does merc make them?
got a rigging kit with 2" tubes for my 2000 promax with alien cowl......does mercury make some adapters that will attatch to the cowl and allow me to clamp/ziptie the rigging tubes to securely?? I've had yamaha outboards that came with them. If they make them, anybody got the part numbers?

i had the same issue with my 200xs and havent found an adapter. they came with a rubber hole but no round slieve.

There were at least adapters for the 2.5 260, so I would be very surprised if there aren't any for newer engines...

merc part numbers
Rigging Hose kit.....for promax 225 with hose and connector to transom. Didn't specify diamater of hose. Part # 825191A2. $78.00 retail each kit.
