1976 1500 Mercury
I just recently bought a 75 Kona with a 1500 76 Mercury,I was wondering, does this motor require adding lead additive to the fuel.

No on the lead additives. Run super unleaded and a good 2 stroke synthetic. I like 32:1, some folks around here run it @ 40:1. Settin' the timing down to about 21 degrees is a pretty good idea.
