260 questions??
I traded for a 260 last year and never completley hooked it up on my boat. I didn't do anything to hte motor so it hs sat since last fall. It was ina warehose that never got below 50 degrees. What should I do before I start it for the first time? Also where does my water pressure gauge hook to?

Water Pressure
Eric,
Got mine on the Exhaust Divider plate. The SS hose with the blue anodized fitting. See pic.Wayne

OK,
Maybe I can start a discussion here. Here is what I would do:
Send the injectors out to be cleaned and flowed.
Put the richest ones in 5 and 6.
Replace all of the fuel lines and the filter.
Run some fuel through the lines and filter with the line disconnected from the fuel rail.
Clean out the fuel rail, and the bleed t-fitting.
Oil the cylinders.
Disconnect the oil line to the top bearing and force oil into the top bearing.
Verify that the check valve or valves in that line are working.
Cheap insurance for a very expensive motor!!
