give me a frickin break. Dude brought her food and drink daily, how many other guys out there are doing that and they are probably getting some from time to time. 2 years he has cared for her when she is not taking care of herself. Dude did not lock her in there, threaten her, imprison her... he took care of her. This is a messed up situation, but to charge the guy who has been taking care of her is some bullchit.

Not my call thankfully, but I think she needed a lot more help than he could give.

"911 operator, what is your emergency?"
"Ahhh; I'm actually stuck on my crapper, really stuck..."
It just does not seem possible.
My cousin had a trailer like that. He lived there quite a while and it started out nice but then he never put any money into the inside figuring he would leave. When he did leave he gave it away for free to get rid of it; everything in it was 20yr old, walking into it was like going into a time warp. I think all he did was sleep there anyway, he was always out someplace. He moved to FL to get a job when everything took a dump here. Man was he happy to find someone to assume/qualify for the lot rent of 360 or whatever or he would have had to move it and dispose of it."As government expands, liberty contracts." -Ronald Reagan
