    Forged Pistons

What is the best set of forged pistons that I can buy, besides Wizards? I can't afford to buy two sets of Wizards right now. One is enough. I need a good set of pistons for my steel sleeve back-up motor.

I was young and bashful back then.
Today,...I'd just knock on her door,..hand her the crab dope, and say, "Rub summa this on ya booger. I'll be back day after tomorrow".

expect for custom pistons, Mercury High Performance or Wizard's are the only option's I'm aware of for high rpm use. Up to 9K you may want to try Vertex or Pro Marine. I just went and picked up a set of Wizard's last week from Jay to try out, they look very nice!

Thanks Casey, I guess I'm gonna have to break down and buy my wife another set of Wizards for Valentine's Day. I know she's gonna love 'em.

    pistons

Bill, Travis and I are using Wisecos in our 4 liter Evinrude. I know that you're running Merc, but so far we're having pretty good luck with the Wisecos.
