Measure it again...it may be a 13 footer.
T2x20 Foot Switzer Wing 2 X S3000 (Dust'n the Wind II)
!6 foot Wood Eltro Vee (2X Merc 1500's) (Dust'n the Wind IV)
15 foot Powercat 15C (2 X Merc 1500) (Dust'n the Wind III)
(Single engine boats are lacking something)
15’ Wooden Switzer Shooting Star...
16 foot Lee Craft Merc S 3000-(Gold Dust II)
(The exception proves the rule)

Yah most people i talked to have seen the worst of these things. But this is near mint condition... I cant get a pic on here otherwise i would. I have seen them for sale in the 4000 dollar range in mint cond. They are getting harder to come by and theirs not many trandsoms that can hold a 60 hp motor on a 11 foot boat. SO i think i'm gonna hold on to this thing and just get a bigger motor. Cus its just a matter of time until their worth a buttload of money...And you cant beat the ride on these lil boats they glide like nothing else.

i used to own a playmate. it was my 1st boat. only had a 20 merc on it, but these things fly with a 50 horse. with the 20 it was very bowheavy. coastguard rated these boats for only 25 horsepower, but checkmate rated it at 50 horsepower. the link below will give all the specs of the 1970 models. just note one thing. it is not meant to be a ski boat.
