any one every heard of them or owned one?

used to be around in the 70's and early 80's. a pop off of a Critchfield i thought just like SABRE was. fo rth esmaller hulls.... Used to work for a dealer in Otown that sold them but that was many many brain cells ago

They made very low profile racing tunnel hulls and vees back in the late 60's early 70's. Correction on the above post...Sabres were Critchfields not copies of them. However Critchfield/Sabres were splashes of Glastrons.

Scat Craft Boats
Back in the 70's I brought a used one in Orlando, FL. Very shallow draft true tunnel with long pickle forks. At 13 foot it was set up to ride on your knees - fiberglass with wood transom and components.

I have what I beilive is an early scat craft hull. Bought some property in an upstate ny auction and this boat was in the barn. It has scat craft logo on side. However the engine with it was stolen from the property shortly there after. Can't find any pics of what they looked like then to verify.

sounds like it should be nice and dry ?
does it have the windshield on it, I haven't seen one with a surviving windshield. check over on fiberglassics site, love a nicely restored old george jetson type rig
most overnite successes usually take at least 10 years
