Trouble with OSO
Is anyone having trouble getting onto OSO. I get their home page up for 1 second, then it dumps to "Cannot find server" ????????? Tried it at home and work.....same thing. Been like this since the weekend.

yea, i always get an error, seems my gold chain isnt big enough to log on over there.

try the normal www. address and add /forums....works for me when that happens....i dont even own a gold chain...

No problem here. I get right on. I do know that Steve is constantly upgrading and improving his site, which occassionally requires minor interuptions or blips. But these are done at "off" time periods. Thats why his site has become so popular...constant improvements.

Reponse to a thread...
It was a simple response to a post about access to a website. It was meant to be a general compliment to OSO, nothing more. I guess I won't compliment any other boating type website here on S & F again. Sorry you guys looked at it as the glass being half empty, I didn't. By the way, I was asked, as all of us have I'm sure, to contribute to the S & F cause, which I did with my credit card a while back. Don't know how this reflects on our status title under our names, but anyways... You only get out of a site what you put into it, as with anything in life.
