This is a cool web site. Like S&F there is a ton of info and good people like yourself to help out. Any info about any tune ever made can be found on here. The good the bad and the ugly (good movie too). There is a tuner on there that has one with a tune like the westers, and it's a plug in, so no ECU to take out and send back.

What do you suggest I do with my 6 liter. Is it really worth getting a chip? If I get a chip would I gain anything by getting an exhaust? I just don't know. I'm kinda waiting to hear you got a chip and how you like it, nobody has done that kind of thing to a HD.

I know with the westers tune they get the same results with the other motors also. Im getting one for my wifes tahoe now..What brand is the plug in one?

When getting a tune from the likes of westers you will need to tell them if you have any mods, like exaust systems. Then they will make you a custom tune from those mods to make it all work together.

If you want an exaust it's up to you and how you feel about noise. The magna flow seems to be the best of the low $$$$ mufflers, flowmasters come up into the cab. As far as high end the gibson and borla win. I would stay away from stuff made by B&B (billy boat- former indy car driver) Phoenix local as well. You can find new systems on ebay as well.

The name Madhatter has been around for a while. And this stuff is new and I'm sure you can call them to get any info you need as well. I just got lucky that my 2500 came with a $1,000.00 daul exaust on it.
